Information we collect
- Enquiry and contact forms: your name, phone number, email address, city, number of travellers, preferred travel month, the package you are interested in and any message you write.
- Technical information: your IP address and browser type, recorded with each enquiry to help us prevent spam and misuse.
- When you book: the passport and travel details required for visas, flights and hotel reservations, which we collect directly from you.
How we use your information
- To reply to your enquiry and send you package details.
- To process bookings, visas, tickets and hotel reservations on your behalf.
- To contact you about your journey before and during travel.
We do not sell your personal information or share it for advertising.
After you submit an enquiry, you may be taken to WhatsApp with your enquiry details pre-filled. Messages you send on WhatsApp are also subject to WhatsApp’s own privacy policy.
Sharing with service providers
To arrange your travel we share the necessary details with airlines, hotels, transport providers and the authorities that issue visas. They receive only what is needed to provide their service.
How long we keep information
We keep enquiry records for as long as needed to respond and to maintain our business records, and booking records for as long as required by law. You can ask us to delete enquiry information that we no longer need.
Security
Enquiries are sent over an encrypted connection and stored on secured systems that only authorised staff can access.
